Delivery procedure

Special consignments are delivered to the address indicated on them or handed over to the recipient at the special communication branch.

Packets and parcels addressed to Minsk, regional centers, district centers, and cities of regional subordination are subject to delivery to the address indicated on the special consignment.

Special consignments addressed to other localities are handed over to the recipient directly at the special communication branch or, on a contractual basis, may be delivered to the specified address for an additional fee.

Special consignments subject to delivery are delivered to recipients on the day they arrive at the destination special communication branch. Special consignments that arrive at the destination branch after the departure of special communication transport are delivered according to the schedule of those transport vehicles.
