Items and substances prohibited for shipment

The following items are prohibited from being sent in special consignments:

• items that, by their properties or the nature of their packaging, may pose a danger to employees of special communications units or lead to damage to other special shipments;
• narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues, including medicinal products containing them, without appropriate permission;
• strong, poisonous, flammable, explosive and other dangerous substances;
• radioactive substances;
• items that require special transportation conditions (compliance with a set temperature regime, vehicle speed limit, vehicle movement without bumps and jerks, permissible vibration levels, accelerations).
