Addressing
Special Courier shipments are accepted on an individual waybill in 4 copies, the form of which is given in Sample 1. When sending large quantities of Special Courier shipments (more than 5) for one application, the reception register can be used in the form given in Sample 2.
An individual invoice should be sent by "Special Courier" from the sender to the recipient. The individual invoice is filled out by the sender on the form provided by the State Enterprise "Spetssvyaz" sample 1.
The sender clearly and legibly fills in all the fields to be filled in by the sender: From Where (from Whom), To Where (To Whom), the type of shipment, the type of service, the declared value (if any), the description of the attachment, the signature (and the decryption of the signature) of the person who filled out the form.
When sending a "Special Communication Courier" shipment with a declared value, the sender must fill in the "declared value" column and a description of the attachment with the value of each item and (or) substance being sent in the individual invoice.
When sending a "Spetssvyaz-courier" shipment with a declared value with an attachment of precious metals and precious stones, as well as products made from them, the sender additionally indicates the number of the consignment note in the "Attachment description" field. The sender is obliged to present to the special communications officer the appropriate consignment note, indicated in the individual consignment note, in order to verify the amounts of the actual value of the goods with the amounts of the declared value of the "Special Communications Courier" shipment. If there is a discrepancy between the data on the cost of the forwarded attachment indicated in the consignment note and the individual consignment note, the "Special Communication Courier" shipment is not subject to acceptance.
Large quantities of "Spetssvyaz-courier" shipments (more than five) can be accepted without issuing an individual invoice. In this case, the sender clearly and legibly indicates on the front side of the shipment (package, parcel) the full name of the sender and his address, the full name and address of the recipient, it is mandatory to indicate the contact phone numbers of the sender and recipient, the type of shipment, the type of service, the declared value (if necessary).
The recipient's address is located in the lower-right part of the shipment, and the sender's address is located in the upper-left part.
A large number of "Spetssvyaz-courier" shipments are sent according to the reception register, compiled in two copies, the form of which is given in sample 2. In the register for reception by the sender, the names of the special communications unit that carries out the reception, the sender, the personal account number, the type of service, the serial number of the shipment according to the register for reception, the type of shipment, the declared value (if any), the address and the full name of the recipient of each shipment are indicated.
When sending a shipment with a declared value in the registry for reception, the sender indicates the amount of the declared value in the "Declared value" column.
When sending a "Spetssvyaz-courier" shipment with a declared value with an attachment of precious metals and precious stones, as well as products made from them, the sender indicates the number of the consignment note in column 5 of the receipt register "Invoice number". The sender is obliged to present to the employee of the special communication the corresponding bill of lading indicated in the register for reception, in order to verify the amounts of the actual value of the goods with the amounts of the declared value of the "Special Communication Courier" shipment. If there is a discrepancy between the data on the cost of the forwarded attachment indicated in the bill of lading and the receipt register, the "Spetssvyaz-courier" shipment is not subject to acceptance.
As a result of the registry, the sender indicates the total number of "Special Communications-courier" shipments in words and the sender's signature, certified by a seal (if any) corresponding to the sender's name indicated on the special shipment.
