Addressing
“Spetssviaz-Courier” shipments are accepted with an individual waybill in 4 copies, the form of which is provided in Sample 1. When sending a large number of “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipments (more than 5) under one request, a receipt register in the form of Sample 2 may be used.
The individual waybill accompanies the “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipment from the sender to the recipient. The sender fills out the individual waybill on a form of Sample 1 provided by the State Enterprise “Spetssviaz.”
The sender must clearly and legibly fill in all required fields: From (Sender), To (Recipient), type of shipment, type of service, declared value (if applicable), contents description, and sign (with printed name) the form.
When sending a “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipment with declared value, the sender must fill in the “Declared Value” field and provide a description of the contents with the cost of each enclosed item and/or substance.
When sending a “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipment with declared value containing precious metals and gemstones, as well as products made from them, the sender must additionally indicate the number of the invoice in the “Contents Description” field. The sender is required to present to the “Spetssviaz” employee the corresponding invoice listed in the individual waybill to verify the actual value of the goods against the declared value of the “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipment. If the data on the value of contents in the invoice and the waybill differ, the shipment will not be accepted.
A large number of “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipments (more than five) may be accepted without completing an individual waybill. In this case, the sender must clearly and legibly indicate on the front side of the shipment (package, parcel) the full name and address of the sender and recipient, and must also include contact phone numbers of both sender and recipient, type of shipment, type of service, and declared value (if necessary).
The recipient’s address should be placed in the lower right corner of the shipment, the sender’s address — in the upper left corner.
The shipment of multiple “Spetssviaz-Courier” items is carried out using a receipt register prepared in two copies, in the form of Sample 2. In the register, the sender indicates the name of the “Spetssviaz” branch accepting the shipment, sender, account number, type of service, sequential shipment number in the register, type of shipment, declared value (if applicable), address and full name of the recipient of each shipment.
When sending a shipment with declared value, the sender must indicate the declared value amount in the “Declared Value” column of the register.
When sending a “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipment with declared value containing precious metals and gemstones, as well as products made from them, the sender must indicate the invoice number in column 5 of the register “Invoice Number.” The sender is required to present to the “Spetssviaz” employee the corresponding invoice listed in the register for verification of the actual value of the goods against the declared value of the “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipment. If the data on the value of contents in the invoice and the register differ, the shipment will not be accepted.
At the end of the register, the sender must indicate the total number of “Spetssviaz-Courier” shipments (in words) and sign, affixing a seal (if available), which corresponds to the sender’s name indicated on the shipment.
