Admission procedure
As a rule, special consignments are accepted at the premises of special communication branches.
On a contractual basis, special consignments (except for packages) may be accepted at the sender's premises.
Upon the sender's request (subject to availability), special consignments may be accepted and delivered by courier.
Special consignments are accepted based on a register of form f.1, f.1 “a”, f.1a “PM”, completed in two copies and filled out by the sender. The register must indicate: the full name or surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), and address of the sender; account number; sequential number of the special consignment; the address and full name or surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), of the recipient; the outgoing number indicated by the sender on the special consignment; as well as the appropriate security classification or a note in the "Importance" column.
When sending a special consignment with declared value, the sender must indicate the declared value amount in the “Declared value amount” column of the register.
At the end of the register, the total number and total declared value of the special consignments must be written in words, certified by the sender's signature and stamp.
When sending parcels with declared value containing precious metals and gemstones, or products made from them, the sender must indicate the invoice number in the register. The sender is obliged to present the relevant invoice listed in the register to the special communication employee for verification of the actual value of goods against the declared value in the special consignment. If the values indicated in the invoice and the register differ, the special consignment will not be accepted.
If the sender submits several types of special consignments at once (packets, parcels, packages), a separate register must be completed for each type.
If several registers are submitted by the same sender, one common receipt is issued.
