Note:
1. The fee for additional special communication services is charged in excess of the established fee for the mass and the fee for the declared value.
2. A fee is charged for searching for a special item in the amount of the cost of forwarding the package to the appropriate area.
3. Tariff zones are defined according to A list of territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation and other countries by zone.
4. Tariffs apply to the forwarding of special shipments via special communication routes.
5. * Forwarding within a city is considered to be the forwarding of special items accepted for delivery in the city where the special communications unit is located.
