Items and substances prohibited for shipment

The following items are prohibited from being sent in special consignments:

• Items that, due to their nature or type of packaging, may pose a danger to employees of the special communications service or cause damage to other special consignments;
• Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues, including medicinal products containing them, without proper authorization;
• Potent, poisonous, flammable, explosive, and other hazardous substances;
• Radioactive and biological substances;
• Items requiring special transportation conditions (such as a controlled temperature regime, limited train speed, shock-free movement, or compliance with acceptable levels of vibration and acceleration).
