According to the unchanging tradition, the leadership of the Ministry of Communications, industry organizations, teachers and students of the Belarusian State Academy of Communications, representatives of companies operating in the ICT market, leaders of trade union organizations, personnel and veterans of the signal troops, etc. will meet at the Memorial Sign.
The memorial sign is located in the courtyard of the Belarusian State Academy of Communications (Minsk, 14 P. Brovki Street).
The ceremony will be broadcast live.
Filming is carried out by students of the Academy of Communications.
