Version for the visually impaired
Activists of Belaya Rus and employees of special communications joined the campaign "Living Memory of Grateful Generations" and took part in the solemn transfer of Soviet-style coins collected as part of the Alexei Talai Foundation project.
Two monuments in the form of a frontline letter and a tree growing through a bullet hole in the letter have already been installed in Minsk and Brest.
The coin collection will be used to pay for the third monument, which will be installed on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow.
It is intended to express the respect of modern grateful generations to the generation of victors for the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The monument will become a symbol of gratitude to all who gave us a peaceful sky above our heads.
