Speakers at the Minsk City Hall were Alexander Shpakovsky, deputy of the House of Representatives, Alexander Lukyanov, Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee, Olga Shibko, Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Communications of the National Center for Personal Data Protection, and others.
Experts noted that Internet users independently provide up to 90% of the data collected about them. Before specifying such information, it is worth asking about the need for disclosure.

Scammers focus on convincing a person to provide some data himself, transfer money or make a payment. Both young people and elderly citizens become victims of cybercriminals, it is difficult to single out a specific category.
