The republican information and educational campaign is timed to coincide with the International Energy Saving Day, which is celebrated annually on November 11.

Efficient and reasonable consumption of energy resources largely depends on the mobilization of efforts of all government agencies, institutions, organizations and business communities, public associations, and the media.

In addition, the Department organizes a number of thematic events for Energy Saving Day: round tables, training seminars for specialists; open lessons and information hours, contests and quizzes for children and youth; mini–contests for subscribers on social networks; interviews, press events for media representatives.
