The event was attended by:
- First Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization Pavel Tkach;
- director of RUE "Special Communications" Jan Malevich;
- heads of workshops and special communications departments;
- Chairman of the Belarusian Professional Union of Communication Workers Alexander Yakovlev
- veterans and partners of the company and part partners of the company.
The art-marked envelope, with a circulation of 5,000, was prepared by RUE Belpochta in close cooperation with RUE Special Communications.
