On September 25, 2025, a meeting of the Coordinating Council of the special communications services of the states parties to the Agreement on Cooperation in the Interstate Exchange of Special Communications Items of December 23, 1993 was held.
Kirill Zalessky, Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, attended the meeting and noted:
«I am convinced that in the current circumstances, when standard communication chains are periodically disrupted by ill-considered decisions, exchanges between special communications agencies are becoming increasingly important: they are necessary to ensure that the transmission of information, objects, and cargo is not interrupted.»


Participating in the Coordination Council meeting from the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Special Communications" were:
Director of the enterprise, Yan Malevich;
Deputy Directors, Dmitry Vrublevsky and Alexander Afanasenko;
Head of the Legal Support and Personnel Sector, Svetlana Polyukh;
Head of the Operations and Development Sector, Elena Barkovskaya;
Heads of the Gomel, Mogilev, Vitebsk, and Minsk Special Communications Workshops.
Representatives of the Belarusian side discussed issues of cooperation between the countries and made proposals for expanding cooperation with Russian and Chinese partners.

In the Republic of Belarus, international cooperation issues are addressed with the support of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, which supports the enterprise's initiatives and assists in achieving its objectives.The Coordination Council concluded with the awarding of the "85th Anniversary Special Communications" jubilee medal of the State Center for Social Security (GTSSS) to
Alexander Rozumets, Head of the Vitebsk Special Communications Workshop;
Alexander Aleshkevich, Head of the Gomel Special Communications Workshop;
Andrei Yagur, Head of the Mogilev Special Communications Workshop.

Following the official part of the event, representatives of the Coordination Council member countries visited the Khatyn Memorial Complex and laid flowers.
