81 years ago, in 1944, units of the 1st Belorussian Front completed the Bobruisk offensive, liberating Bobruisk from the Nazi invaders.
This day symbolizes the courage and heroism of our soldiers who fought for the freedom and independence of our Motherland.
As a sign of deep respect for the steadfastness and patriotism of the people of Bobruisk who died on the fronts and behind enemy lines during the Great Patriotic War, grateful descendants laid flowers and wreaths at the memorial complex, which perpetuates the feat of the soldiers who participated in the liberation of Bobruisk.
